There is a small margin for error in advanced manufacturing, and so we’ve worked with the experts at Rockwell Automation to implement a robust electro-mechanical architecture for these sophisticated machines. Industrial-grade PLCs coupled with closed-loop servo motors ensure reliability and repeatable movement that is second to none.

Interchangeable pellet extruders

Print up to 200 times faster than other machines. Swap out pellet extruders at the drop of a hat. Optimize throughput with JuggerBot’s Model 14L, or use the Model 14S for more precise printing. Need an extruder for a specific material or output? Drop a line and we’ll be happy to help.

Posi-melt Technology

Introducing the Posi-Melt Screw feature, providing thermoplastic processing for a wide range of thermoplastic pellets, up to 50% resin fill rate with standard Posi-Melt screw over varying speeds and temperatures. Also containing Posi-Stop nozzle which eliminates fungible drooling and stringing, reducing the inherent and recurring need to spend time wiping the extruder nozzle.

Streamlined Production

All JuggerBot 3D printers are built with an integrated workstation that includes everything necessary for industrial printing, including:

  • Professional slicing software developed specifically for the Fused Granular Fabrication process, making tool path generation easier and increasing the machine's effectiveness.
  • Pre-installed remote monitoring software connected to internal cameras, enabling you to view printing status and control machines in real-time.

Adaptive Bed Technology

Implement lean production methods with removable print beds machined from cast aluminum. Designed to allow for use inside subtractive equipment, simply remove a freshly printed part and mount into a machining center for secondary processing. Vacuum capabilities make it easy to change bed surfaces and clamp large parts that are prone to pulling away from the bed.

Process Control

Remove unwanted moisture from pellets before entering the extruder with mobile drying units that can easily be swapped out during a material changeover. Within moments of entering the extruder, the properly dried material will be added to your masterpiece as the build continues to grow within the confines of our environmentally controlled build chamber.

Easy Calibration

Setup reduction is key to optimize any piece of equipment, and the precise placement of the extruder nozzle and bed is critical to quality control. Using a program developed by JuggerBot 3D and proximity sensing technology, operators can utilize automation to simplify the bed-leveling process and repeatedly set nozzle position with ease.
